CAREER OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity exists to lead Brolink as the Chief Executive Officer. This position is based in Centurion.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for setting the vision for the company, defining and driving the strategy of the business and assuming responsibility for the P&L and underwriting profits generated in Brolink, while closely collaborating and working with the rest of the leadership team. You will oversee all activities and will be responsible for ensuring Brolink delivers the desired results and are consistent with the organisation’s overall strategy and mission.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Define and drive the overall strategy in collaboration with the leadership team
•Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
•Make high-quality resource allocation decisions to enhance Brolink customer proposition and increase profitability
•Build trusted relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
•Analyse problematic situations and occurrences, and provide solutions to ensure organisational survival and growth
•Build and maintain a deep knowledge of the market and industry
•Lead a high-performance team spanning sales, underwriting, operations, claims and technology
•Build a strong and attractive culture while working with a flexible, agile and iterative approach

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualification
•University degree and/or post graduate qualification
•Additional qualifications or courses in business management, strategic thinking or other relevant professional experience is advantageous
Work Experience
•Experience as a CEO/COO/CTO or managerial position, ideally in a digital or technology driven business
•Solid background in leadership positions, leading large teams and shown ability to develop & scale teams
•Experience of working in and leading multi-disciplinary teams (Engineers, Designers, Product Owners) within a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining calm under pressure
Preferably, in addition to the above:
•Proficiency in English

Minimum Requirements:
•Good understanding of product management and development

•Ability to work well with technical teams
•Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies and industries
•Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders through clear and concise written and verbal communication
•Experience navigating ambiguous and unstructured environments solving complex problems while exercising good judgement
