WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Brolink is investing in AI, analytics and automation to improve how work is done across the business. We are building practical solutions that combine human expertise with AI-powered tools to improve reporting, data sharing, operational efficiency and decision-making.
What we are looking for:
The AI and Automation Analyst is responsible for supporting Brolink’s core data, reporting and operational information requirements while actively improving and transforming these capabilities through workflow automation and applied AI.
The role’s immediate focus includes the analysis of operational data, development and maintenance of reporting and semantic models, partner data exchange, invoice-support processes, reconciliations and data-quality controls. These responsibilities ensure that business stakeholders and external partners receive accurate, consistent and traceable information.
Alongside these day-to-day responsibilities, the analyst will actively identify, assess and implement opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve processes and introduce governed automation. AI and automation responsibilities will commence from the outset and increase rapidly as suitable opportunities are identified and delivered.
The analyst is expected to progress quickly towards operating across both Brolink’s current data environment and its emerging AI and automation capability. This includes contributing to the design, configuration, testing, implementation and monitoring of automated workflows and supervised AI-enabled solutions.
The role connects Brolink’s current data and reporting needs with its ambition to establish an intelligent, automated and scalable operating model, with a clear expectation of early delivery, practical adoption and measurable progress.
Why join Brolink:
•Work on real-world AI and automation initiatives with measurable business impact
•Gain hands-on exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and AI agents
•Help shape Brolink’s future operating model
•Develop sought-after skills in analytics, automation and applied AI
•Work alongside experienced business, data and technology professionals
What success looks like:
Within the first 12 months, success would include:
•Delivering reliable and accurate reporting outputs
•Identifying and implementing automation opportunities
•Reducing manual effort in selected processes
•Contributing to controlled AI-enabled solutions
•Maintaining high-quality documentation and governance standards.
Key Purpose of the role:
The AI and Automation Analyst supports the design, testing, documentation and continuous improvement of governed data products and supervised automation. The analyst will initially refine reporting, partner data-sharing and invoice-support capabilities, then progressively review additional operational processes for automation and agentic AI opportunities.
