Training Business Consultant

CAREER OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity exists for a Training Business Consultant to join the Training Department. This position is based in Centurion.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Coordinate the day-to-day administration and logistics of the scheduled face-to-face and online training courses
•Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
•Be the first point of contact for enquiries relating to customers/clients
•Coordinate and monitor enrolment of delegates
•Conduct product training / assessments distribution and system training
•Create, test and review training material
•Keeping up to date with all system changes and enhancements
•Assist with training ad-hoc projects
•Assist Broker consultants and business when required
•Assist business with Commercial and Personal Lines Underwriting and Claims
•Willing to work overtime when required
•Willing to travel when required
•Ad hoc Tasks – One Drive – SharePoint / TCF / PPR etc.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualification
Minimum Requirements:
•National Senior Certificate
•Regulatory Examination
•Short term insurance full qualification NQF 4
•At least 3 years’ experience in Personal Lines and Commercial Lines
•Facilitation and train the trainer certificate
•Fully Bilingual – English and Afrikaans – speak, write and read
•Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook / Power Point
Work Experience

Minimum Requirements:
•At least 3 years’ experience in the short-term insurance industry
•Must have Commercial and Personal Lines insurance experience
•Must have people skills
